If you are not completely satisfied write or phone for authorization to return within 30 days. We will be happy to exchange, issue a credit voucher or refund. Merchandise must be in new/unused condition. Please state a reason for the return i.e.. wrong size, defective because _____, etc. Custom orders and custom printed or embroidered products may not be returned.

Comments and Returns
Questions or comments about an order should be made by email CR's Crafts Customer Service, in writing or by phone. All shortage claims and returns should be made within 30 days. Please include a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the reason for return with returned merchandise. Indicate your preference: exchange, credit voucher or refund. Processing and handling charges for reshipment of exchanges will be charged.

Call Backs
Because of fraud by phone solicitation, CR's Crafts has a call back policy where we will not call back asking for personal or payment information. We will contact you asking you to contact us with that information. All information should be directed to our address or phone numbers as listed in your catalog or on our web site.

Low Prices
Prices on this website immediately supersede all previous catalogs. Prices are subject to change without notice. We use our buying power to hold prices down and reduce prices when we can.

Payment
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted on the web site. Payment must accompany all mail in orders. Personal checks or money orders are also accepted for mail in orders. Upon receipt and approval personal and company checks clear the same day for immediate shipment. Be sure to include the expiration date and CVV # on credit card orders. All returned checks are automatically sent by our bank to a check recovery service and a service fee is charged. No payments of any type drawn on a foreign entity are accepted. This includes money orders and checks from CANADA even if in US dollars.

Sales tax
Iowa shipments must include sales tax at the rate in effect for the delivery address. Currently this varies from 5 to 7%.

Fast Shipping
Your order will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. We must have a street address to ship UPS or FEDEX. All Canada, Hawaii, Alaska are shipped via the USPS. Express shipping is available and is billed by package weight plus handling. Most orders are shipped the same day. Sorry no CODs.

We do not sell internationally on eBay or Marketworks but we do sell internationally from this web site.

Catalogs
New catalogs are generally mailed in Aug/Sept. New products and specials are sent with orders, please add these to your catalog. See the new products section of the web site for our latest products. Sign up for email news letters and specials at www.crscraft.com.

Kits
Kits contain all materials needed except stuffing and glue, if required. Patterns are included in All Kits. Doll kits include materials for clothing as stated in the description. Shoes, socks and accessories are not included.

Back Orders
We will back order items we expect back in stock within 30 days provided they amount to at least $20.00. If you do not want items back ordered, be sure to check no backorders on each order blank or remove the items from your cart. Reorders for items not backordered will be charged shipping and handling on the reorder. No back orders outside the continental 48 States.

Inquiries
When writing for information, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for a reply. Do not send an envelope for catalog requests.

Special Orders
We deal with hundreds of vendors and can special order most products they carry. Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with your inquiry for price and minimum quantities include the vendor information and part number if possible. Special orders may not be returned.

Price Quotes
We will quote on large quantities of a single item. (Items under $5.00 each 65 or more or items over $5.00 each 26 or more.) This does not apply to items with quantity breaks in the catalog.

Vacation
We are closed the week of the 4th of July and the week between Christmas and New Years. Order entry, customer service and shipping are closed during this time. You can still place orders and check order status on our web site www.crscraft.com.

Use of this web site in any way including but not limited to ordering from this site or our catalogs shall be goverened and construed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa. The parties consent to jurisdication in Winnebago County, Iowa.
